AI Assistant

The AI Assistant helps you create effective SMS messages by generating options, analyzing compliance, and suggesting improvements. Available in the campaign creation workflow.

AI Assistant Panel

The AI Assistant provides two powerful features:

  1. Generate Messages: Create SMS content from a topic description
  2. Analyze Messages: Check existing messages for compliance and quality
  1. Go to Campaigns > Create Campaign
  2. Navigate to the Message step
  3. In the AI Assistant panel, enter your message topic
  4. Select a tone and optionally specify your audience
  5. Click Generate Options

AI Generated Options

Audience(Optional) Target demographic for tailored language

Good topic descriptions include:

  • “Holiday sale 20% off all items through December 31st”
  • “Appointment reminder for dental cleaning”
  • “New product launch - wireless earbuds with 24hr battery”
  • “Flash sale today only - buy one get one free”

When the AI generates options:

  1. Review each variation
  2. Click Use This on your preferred option
  3. The message is inserted into your campaign
  4. Edit further if needed
  1. Write or paste your message in the campaign editor
  2. In the AI Assistant panel, scroll to Analyze Message
  3. Click Analyze for Compliance & Quality

AI Analysis Results

The AI checks your message for:

Results are color-coded:

After analysis, the AI may offer rewrite suggestions:

  • Click Apply Suggestion to use an improved version
  • Click Ignore to keep your original message

AI generations count against your monthly limit:

Each of these uses 1 generation credit:

  • Clicking “Generate Options” (even if you don’t use results)
  • Clicking “Analyze Message”
  • Requesting rewrite suggestions

View your usage in two places:

  1. AI Assistant panel header: Shows “X/Y used this month”
  2. Settings > Billing: Detailed usage breakdown

Be specific in your topic descriptions:

AI-generated content should always be reviewed:

  1. Check accuracy of facts, dates, and URLs
  2. Verify prices and discount amounts
  3. Ensure brand voice consistency
  4. Test personalization variables

Use AI as a starting point:

  • ✅ Check compliance before major campaigns
  • ✅ Get alternative phrasings
  • ❌ Send without human review
  • ❌ Ignore analysis warnings
  • ❌ Use generic messages without customization

Possible causes:

  • Monthly limit reached
  • Network connectivity issue
  • AI service temporarily unavailable

Solutions:

  1. Check your usage in Settings > Billing
  2. Wait a moment and try again
  3. Contact support if issue persists

Possible causes:

  • Topic description too vague
  • Conflicting tone and audience

Solutions:

  1. Provide more specific topic details
  2. Include key points you want mentioned
  3. Try a different tone setting

Possible causes:

  • Message is too short (minimum 10 characters)
  • AI features not enabled on plan
  • Usage limit reached

Solutions:

  1. Ensure message has sufficient content
  2. Verify your plan includes AI features
  3. Check remaining generation credits
  • Message content is sent to AI for processing
  • No customer contact data is included
  • Generated content is not stored by AI providers
  • Your messages are not used to train AI models

Avoid including in AI prompts:

  • Personal customer information
  • Credit card or financial details
  • Health information (HIPAA)
  • Passwords or security credentials
