Recent Calls

This screen shows you the calls you made as well as the calls to your extension.

You can specify a selection filter to be applied. You can filter by:

• Range of dates
• Caller ID
• Source and destination

Features:

• Sort records by clicking column headers
• Reverse sort order by clicking the same header again
• Quickly call other parties by clicking source or destination columns
• Listen to recorded calls by clicking the “Recording” column icon
