This section provides the information about Connect you are using. You should provide this information to your administrator or our support team when reporting any problems.

Version. Shows the version number of your Connect.

Build number. Shows the build number, this number is used mostly for internal purposes.

Build date. Shows the date when your Connect was built.

Messaging server version. Shows the version number of the server used for messaging.

Telephony server version. Shows the version of server used for phone calls.

Platform version . Shows the version number of the entire platform.

Connect API version. Shows the version of Connect API which must match API version of the platform.

Browser. Only in web version. Shows information about your web browser.

In mobile apps you can also enable Connect event logging by clicking on “Enable logging"". To stop logging click on “Disable logging”.

You should not enable logging unless a team member asks you to do so when investigating a problem.
