Service Level Agreement

AI Voice Agent uptime is targeted at 99.5% but is not guaranteed. Service credits may apply for extended outages as defined in your service agreement. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded.

Setup & Implementation7

Setup timelines are estimates based on standard implementations. Complex integrations, custom workflows, or compliance requirements may extend implementation time. Large enterprise deployments may require additional time. Rush implementations may incur additional fees.

Billing & Overages

Overage charges apply when exceeding included minutes/calls. Overages are billed monthly in arrears. Unused minutes/calls do not roll over. Annual prepayment discounts may apply.

Voice cloning technology achieves 80-90% similarity to original voice depending on sample quality, recording conditions, and training duration. Results may vary. Not suitable for legal identity verification.

Concurrency & Call Queuing6

Standard tiers include 1, 5, or 10 concurrent voice agents respectively. When limits are reached, additional calls queue with estimated wait times. High-Volume Scaling add-on provides unlimited voice agents. Peak hours may experience delays without scaling add-on.

Contract Terms & Cancellation

Minimum 3-month contract for Starter, 6 months for Professional/Enterprise. 30 days written notice required for cancellation. Setup fees are non-refundable. Prepaid monthly fees are prorated upon cancellation. No refunds for partial month usage.
