How to configure your Polycom IP Phone for use on the Telair network

Skip to step 4 if your phone has not been provisioned before.

Step 1:

  1. Select Menu
  2. Advanced
  3. enter password: 456
  4. Admin Settings
  5. Reset to Defaults
  6. Reset Device Settings

Step 2 – Do the following once the above is complete: 

  1. Select Menu
  2. Advanced
  3. enter password: 456
  4. Admin Settings
  5. Reset to Defaults
  6. Reset Local Configuration

Step 3 – Enter in provisioning rule: 

  1. Select Menu
  2. Advanced
  3. enter password: 456
  4. Admin Settings
  5. Network Configuration
  6. Server Menu.
          ***Please make sure the following the parameters are set:****

                 Server Type: HTTP
Server Address: <ask support for details>

  7. Save Settings and Reboot phone.

Your phone is now registered and will come online
