How to: Send & receive text messages via Connect app (SMS)

System: Triton series PBX’s

Sending a text message

To send a text message (SMS) from your Connect app:

  1. Click SMS icon from the left side of the app.
  2. Click ‘New Conversation’ from the bottom of the app
  3. On the popup screen, select the phone number to send from, and enter the destination number to send text to.
  4. On the new screen, type your message in the input field below.

Receiving a text message

Incoming messages are automatic and will appear in your SMS list when enabled.

ℹ Please Note: TELAIR Connect only support SMS messages. MMS are not supported at this time. SMS must be enabled for Connect by your support team.
