To factory reset the IP phone, please follow the instructions below.
This article is one in a series to assist in the setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cisco Small Business products.
- On the SPA itself, press the Setup button.
- Go to Factory Reset (14) using the Navigation button.
- Press the OK soft key afterwards. SPA will reboot and will be back to its default settings.
If you choose factory reset, you will return the phone to the original factory settings and will erase all current settings, including the directory and call logs.
